Potential owners are encouraged to make an appointment to meet the team and sniff around the facilities. This is very important as we do not like to leave dog’s in care unsupervised.

We want to give you the best of our time, explain what we do and answer all your questions. If you are considering bringing your pooch to come and play we are very happy to show you around BUT it is important that you book a time for a suitability assessment so we can meet you and your pooch.

In preparation for your dog to attend our DogClub play sessions, they must have their suitability assessed. This is certainly encouraged if you are a little unsure and wonder if your dog would enjoy the experience. We regularly get requests from owners with dog’s who have never really been socialised or dogs that have been adopted through rescue with no known background history. These pooches often need more time and a different approach to mixing with other dogs than general daycare services. We will explain these options to you at your site visit.

Please understand, for us to be in the best position to provide an awesome day out for your pooch, we need to know as much about them as possible. This helps us ensure the safety staff and all the dog’s in our care.  

Please note – there is a fee of $30 for this service which is credited to your first day of care when you book and pay for the session before you leave.
