Attendance Requirements

Suitability Assessments

Suitability Assessments Are Essential

In preparation for your dog to attend DogClub play sessions. they must have their suitability assessed. This is to ensure we are in a position to provide the best day out for your pooch and to ensure the safety all dogs in care.

This is particularly useful when you are a little unsure and wonder if your dog would enjoy the experience. You must complete the registration form prior to attending.  The information on the form is critical in assisting us manage your dog’s time at the Centre and helps to ensure every dog at play has a safe enjoyable time.

For everyone’s safety, dogs need to be friendly. If they are territorial or reactive in anyway, for example – over food, toys, humans or space you must declare this on the registration from.

Please note – A fee of $30 is charged for this 30/40 minute service. It must be paid before attendance, but it is credited to your dog’s first day of care if you book and pay the balance before you leave.

You can complete the online registration form by clicking on the link below. Once we recieve this form we will contact you to make a time to complete the suitability assessment which includes offering you a behind the scenes tour of our facility.  These are only conducted by appointment on Monday’s or Fridays between 9am – 6pm.  Weekend appointments may be negotiated but wait lists may apply.

In the event that we consider that your pooch is not ready for our daycare service, we may suggest alternative preparation options. Please understand this is done to provide the safest and best experience possible for your dog while keep our staff as safe as possible.
